RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & COMPLAINT
The item is damaged in transit.
Make a note of the damage on the driver's hand terminal/bill of lading. Then contact us immediately at email@example.com . Take care of the product and packaging.
If there is a defect in the product, you must notify us by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org within a reasonable time after you discover it, that you want to make a complaint. We will then give you information on what to do next and which address to use for returns.
The rules on complaints can be found in the Consumer Purchase Act .

Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on all goods. This applies from the time you receive the goods. The right of withdrawal requires that the item is returned in the same condition as on receipt, i.e. in original, undamaged packaging and that the product has not been used. Cosmetics are considered hygiene products, ref. Danish Appeals Act §22 g), and are therefore not suitable for return if the seal has been broken after delivery.
To use the right of withdrawal, contact us at email@example.com and say that you want to use the right of cancellation. You will then receive a confirmation that we have received your email, and you can return the shipment to us. After the package has been received by us, we will refund you for the purchase within 14 days. If you wish to use the right of withdrawal, you pay the postage for the return of the item yourself. The right of withdrawal only applies to consumer purchases. Read more about the Right to Withdrawal Act.
Should you receive the wrong item or items with errors, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can arrange a return. We will then send you a new package with the correct items free of charge.
