What personal data we collect and why we do it:
Information cookies
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer when you visit a website.
The purpose is both to make the user experience better for you by having the website remember your settings, which pages you have visited, login and any usernames and other information that you have entered and want the website to remember so that you do not have to enter this every time.
We do not use cookies to see which websites you visit after you have been on our website. We also do not store information that enables us to identify you as a person.
It is voluntary for you who visit the websites to provide personal information in connection with services, for example to receive newsletters or to fill in and submit forms.
If you visit this website, we still collect de-identified information about the visit through the tool Google Analytics . The purpose of this is to prepare statistics which we use to improve and further develop the information offered on the websites. Examples of what the statistics provide answers to are how many people visit various pages on the website, how long the visit lasts, which websites the users come from and which browsers are used.
The information is processed in de-identified and aggregated form. By de-identified we mean that we cannot trace the information we collect back to the individual user. We collect the entire IP address, but the IP address is de-identified so that only the first three groups in the address are used to generate statistics. That is, if the IP address consists of the numbers 195.159.103.82, only 195.159.103.xx is used. In addition, the IP addresses are processed on an aggregated level, which means that all data is combined into one group and not processed individually.
Examples of cookies used for Google Analytics are:
_ga: Will be deleted automatically after 2 years. Is used to distinguish users from each other.
_gid: Will be deleted automatically after 24 hours. Is used to distinguish users from each other.
_gat: Will be deleted automatically after 1 minute. Is used to distribute traffic/queries. When Google Analytics is distributed via Google Tag Manager, this information is called _dc_gtm_ <property ID>.

This capsule contains no personal data and is removed when you close the browser. However, when you log in, we create several info capsules to store your login details and screen settings.
Login cookies last for two days, and screen cookies last for one year. If you select "Remember me", the login will last for two weeks. If you log out of your user account, the login capsules are removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an info capsule will be created in your browser. It contains no personal information and only refers to the post ID of the article you edited. It expires after one day.

We store the information in our systems for as long as it is needed to be able to provide the services you request.
Embedded content from other websites
Pages and articles on this website may contain content (eg videos, images, articles, social media sharing, etc.) from other websites. Such embedded content from other websites works exactly as if you had visited the other websites.

If you comment on a post, the comment and the information about it will be saved. That's because we want to be able to recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically instead of keeping them in a queue for approval.

We want to keep the data even after we have finished being a supplier, or have processed your request, in order to be able to see the history and thus better be able to help you on later occasions.
What rights you have over your information
If you have a user account, or have written comments on this website, you can request to receive an export file with all the personal data we have about you, including all the data you have given us.
